Copy the capitalization and punctuation exactly. Join the official Roblox community first if the panel requests it.

Verify the balance change
Redeem once, read the result message, and compare Gems, Trait Crystals, locks, and rerolls with your previous balances.
"Invalid" does not always mean expired
Check spelling, punctuation, server age, community membership, level requirements, and entitlements before deciding a code is disabled.
